How long will it take for my cookies to arrive?

Our cookies are shipped from Tucson, Arizona, and we only ship UPS Ground or Air, depending on the state (1-4 days).

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we don’t ship internationally, but we hope to do so soon.

How long will my cookies stay fresh?

All cookies are baked and shipped the same day. They are hand-made fresh in Tucson, Arizona, and will remain fresh unopened for up to 10 days. Heating and storage instructions are also included.

Where can I learn more about you?

If your cookies arrive damaged, please take photos immediately and email them to felicia@storyfe.com, including your tracking number and order number.

Once we receive photo proof of the damage, we’ll work quickly to make things right and reimburse you for the affected items.

Please note: we cannot act on damage claims without photo evidence of the condition in which the cookies arrived.
